While writing my last post "Resistant trees", I got an idea to compile all flowering trees of tropics so that one may get a quick and comprehensive look as well as information whenever he/she is thinking or curious about tropical flowering trees. This quick guide will also help to travelers having interest in plants, to these tropical foreign lands.
To make the list reader friendly, the tropics or tropical region around the globe have been divided into nineteen localities and each locality is given its ten most outstanding beautiful flowering trees. I'm not going to show the pictures of these trees this time because it will make the article too much long and laborious for both of us, writer and readers. However, I'm giving the link so when you will click on the tree title, you will be lead to its detailed information web page having its all necessary details and pictures. Hope you will enjoy this post also.
So following are the nineteen tropical localities with their most outstanding flowering trees, ten trees per locality as mentioned before.
Vantanea
Central America:
Columbia-Panama:

This is a great resource! I'm interested in the trees of Hong Kong where my parents grew up, and the West Indies where I got married. I like how you organized this. Lots of work Saif - as usual!! Thanks!
